Lashbox LA (Beauty / Ecommerce)

Audited their CRM and retention strategy, delivered a prioritized roadmap, and directly implemented improvements. I built out automations for their loyalty program (via Klaviyo x LoyaltyLion), launched replenishment and back-in-stock flows, and optimized abandoned cart journeys. The result: consistent month-over-month increases in CRM-attributed revenue and retention performance.

Hi Note (Food & Bev Startup)

Worked closely on product launches and communication planning, designing and building emails in Figma, and implementing flows via Klaviyo. I also supported growth on the paid side with Meta ads. During my time there, we saw strong improvements across both retention and acquisition.
